New Transpo regs.

     
     In my (1993) copy of 49 CFR, footnote 1 to the A1/A2 table in 173.435 
     sets the A1 value for Am-Be or Pu-Be neutron sources shipped solely in 
     the U.S. to 20 Ci. Did the 9/28/95 final rule retain this?
