Kirk,

Many of the Region I and Region II power
reactor licensees are sending their waste oils to
SEG (Tenessee) for incineration.  If you are a
member of NUPIC, there are audits available of
this vendor which would likely meet your needs.
 If you need further info, contact one of your
Region I counterparts as they have more useful
info such as fee schedules (Beaver Valley or
Seabrook might be a good place to start).
