Here in Australia, I have consigned packages containing RAM several times on
a domestic airline passenger aircraft. These have not only been excepted
packages but also category I-Whites. The particular airline has its own
documentation requirements which are basicly the IAEA SS6 requirements with
a couple of added bits for good measure.
