Disposal of old Torr X-ray system, PCB's??

Hi all -

We are in the process of disposing of an old (circa 1977) X-ray inspection 
system manufactured by Torr X-ray Corp, Van Nuys, CA.  However, I have 
heard that in some old X-ray units the cooling oil in the high voltage supply 
or in the X-ray tube may contain PCB's.

To assist our hazardous waste folks I thought I'd check with Radsafers to see 
if anyone has experience with old X-ray units or info. on the current location/
status of the Torr X-ray Corp.

Both INFORMATION and OPINIONS welcomed (to avoid getting flamed
