Tom,
I used to deal with a company called Isotope Products Labs or IPL
Their logo had the P of IPL with an orange and brown trefoil or
something similar.  They were located in Burbank California, I think.
I don't have a full address or phone number but if you think it
might be them, I saw a brochure or catalog of theirs across the
street in the University RSO's Office.  Let me know and I can call
and get that.  I got sealed sources from them, don't know if they made
irradiators or not.
