HP and Rad Health Handbook

Does anyone know where to obtain the most recent edition of the Health
Physics and Radiological Health Handbook? I'm particularly interested in
the black, hard-bound edition printed in 1992 or thereabouts. My
attempts to locate "Nucleon Lectern Associates" who published the
earlier versions have come up empty.
