There's nothing "wrong" with the values in the table. I don't think any of
us meant to imply that. It's just that the original question was something
like, "Why does a 20 MeV neutron have a QF less than the QF for a 1.0 MeV
neutron? And why is a 400 MeV neutron's QF even less than that?"
