The EPA has published a notice of availabiltiy for the document "Proposed
Guidelines for Carcinogen Risk Assessment."  The proposed guidelines are a
revision of the '86 guidelines and are intended to replace them. 

The notice is at 61 FR 17960.

The comment period runs until August 21.
