Hydride question

Radsafers,
        
I have come across 3 ampules (dry powder) of tritiated hydrides and
borohydrides. Amounts are less than 5 mgs/ampule, and activity runs 25 or more 
mci /ampule. Any experience deactivating these reactive reductants out
there?... or would you ship as haz-rad material?
