See section 3.1 of NUREG 4884, last paragraph (p. 22 in my book).  Basically,
take the stable isotope's Intake Retention Fractions and multiply them by a
decay factor.

Since NUREG/CR 4884, Interpretation of Bioassay measurements, doesn't 
contain tables of data for iodine 125 or phosphorus 33, where may I 
find tabulations of retention and excretion fractions for these 
radionuclides and others not found in the NUREG?
