The NUREG has values for iodine 127 and phosphorus 31, both stable. 
Either correct the bioassay data for decay since the time of intake, then
use these, or multiply each entry in these tables by an appropriate decay
factor for iodine 125 or phosphorus 32 and generate the table you want.
