Oh, I can see it now.
 
Periodically received frequent flyer summaries contain additional columns
for accumulated dose.  Maybe awards would be based on accumulated dose as
compensation for the risk.
 
ALARA takes on an additional meaning: As Low Altitude as Reasonable
Achievable.  (Which brings to mind Trans-Texas Airline of many years ago,
othewise known as Tree Top Airline.)  Speaking of risk.
 
And for the declining HP job market each flight would have to have an HP to
perform exposure rate surveys and dose assessments.  Million Mile Flyers
would have PSE - Planned Special Excursions procedures.
