Hi Joel and others,

I know some servers cut off sender info, and that is the issue.  The H-3
comment was sent by Dwayne Gardner (rso@neca.com).  He appended my
original msg, making it look like I sent the H-3 comment.  I didn't!

I agree with Bruce.  We looked for the higher energy isotopes (Co-60
mainly) and the H-3 was not a major concern for routine operations.
