Here note that, not only are there more tissue weighting factors specified in ICRP Publication 60 (1990), than in #26 (1977), including the skin at 0.01, but several of the old factors have, necessarily, changed importantly. I.e., as much as a factor of 3. I, too, am quite curious to know where the regulators are in the process of revision.
