This is also an OPINION. The 10,000 years coupled with a demand to PROVE that
it will remain safe (safe not defined) should be sufficient to prevent
construction. After all storing spent fuel inside a mountain must be much
more hazardous than storing it in seventy plus swing pools spread around the
country.

By the way shouldn't we do at least one more study of Ward Valley? The first
few didn't give the answer we wanted!
