certification

I have heard second hand from a number of persons that
their promotions depended on certification.

But I think of more value is that once certified you can
participate in the various ABHP committee activities 
relating to certification.  From personal experience I
can assure you that the people you meet and make friends
with, and the technical challenges, are something not to
be missed.

A little risk adds spice to life.
