Litigation and Ethics Seminar in NY

Because of the RADSAFE interest in these subjects, I wanted to alert the
list of the following plans as early as possible.  I will update you all with
the hard dates and agendas when they are confirmed.

The Greater New York Chapter of the Health Physics Society will be
holding a seminar on Litigation and Ethics in Radiation Protection.  The
seminar is tentatively scheduled for October 16 or 17 th, 1996.  The
current agenda includes a 3-4 hour workshop by Mr. Weides, as well as
a presentation and panel discussion of the ABHP ethics statement
headed by Mr. John Kelly (chair for the committee).  We are expecting a
large response for this seminar.  Remember that besides HP interest,
senior managers as well as legal counsel may also be interested in
attending.

The seminar will be held at the US Military Academy at West Point, NY, in
the Hotel Thayer.  If you would like to have copies of the final agenda,
