Dear Fellow Radsafers:
For those of us that are involved in state level radiation programs
in states that have nuclear power plants, I would like to find out
the following:

a) Does your state maintain a 24hr/365day on call capability?
b) If it does, how many people are on-call?
c) For off-site releases, how many members are in your field teams?
d) How many state field teams are activated during an exercise?
d) Does your dose assessment at state level for PAR's involve
     an independant (from the utility) calculation?
