3M Static Meters

We recently were presented two 3M, Model 703 Static Meters containing 200
mCi of Tritium (on 9/85)  (More like 100 mCi now).

Does anyone have information on proper disposal of these generally licensed
items?  (i.e., is there someone in 3M that will take them back).. 

PS.  They still work.
