I believe that fossils do accumulate NORM, U, Th and their daughters.  Our 
local dino hunter, Paul Sereno, has brought us fossils that were noticably 
hot.  Dale handled this, so I really don't know the explanation for the 
accumulation in fossils but I'll ask him tonight.
