Perhaps you would care to comment on Charles Meinhold's proposed amendments to
the HPS Position Paper, "Radiation Risk in Perspective" as published in the
HPS Newsletter of Sept. 1996, p.11 where he strikes 10 rem and inserts 5 rem
in its place?
