Howard Hughes Med. Inst. Videos

I recieved a couple of inquiries regarding these from my post for
info on training programs. First, Today is a busy one and I will not
probably have time to evaluate the responses. I got as many asking for
me to post the info or send it to the sender as ones with info.

The HOward Hughes films are all good. Only one deals with radiation
safety primarily. They are available free, on WRITTEN request. Don't
know about internationally. The first is 30 minutes the rest are all about
10-12 minutes.

"Practicing Safe Science" 30 minutes. Has a little on Rad Safety but is a
generaly safety film for the BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH community. All the videos
are orriented towards Biomedical REsearch.

"Radionuclide Hazards", "Chemical Hazards", "Emergency Response". My one
reservation wrt Radionuclide... is that the last line is "Even this
small hazard can be elliminated through the use of alternate techniques...
Think about it" Emerg. REsponse has about a 3 minute segment on handling
of a minor radioactive materials spill.

Glassware Washing Hazards", Centrifugation Hazards, "Chemical Storage
Hazards"
