Need mixed waste info

I'm a HP grad student searching for information on mixed waste.  Applicable
regulations, proposed regulations, recent papers, current handling and
disposal methods, major problems encountered, were are we headed with mixed
waste...where should we be heading.  Any help or insight, big or small,
would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
