Comment re: "Senior" HP Personnel

There are many reasons why 'senior' personnel tend to
be the bigger percentage of attendance at the annual
meeting, e.g., membership and participation in committee
meeting, paper presentation, etc.

That said, it is very short sighted not to ensure periodic
attendance by 'junior' staff since the meeting is a great
resource for technical development. With the number of
courses given at the meeting* it should be easy to
justify this.
