As CRCPD liaison to ANSI N14 and writing group chair for 14.27 I am 
soliciting discussion, suggestions, comments, and any kind of input 
anyone deems appropriate with regards to "Carrier and Shipper 
Responsibilities and Emergency Procedures for Highway Transportation 
Accidents".  There is a desire to broaden the scope to include government 
response guidelines.  Feel free to respond to RADSAFE or directly to me.
