HPS statement on threshold

Dear Radsafers

A few months ago the Health Physics Society published a statement on the 
linear no-threshold model of radiation protection.  At that time I picked up 
a copy from a homepage somewhere.  Since then I have lost the copy and the 
homepage address.  Could someone please help me out by either emailing the 
text to me or  sending me the WWW address.

(I've been unsubscribed for a while.  Sorry if this has been a hot topic.)
