These are nuclides that are "blocked" by a stable nucleus, for example Rb-86
is blocked by Kr-86. They are odd-odd nuclides that are blocked by even-even
nuclides.  Se-82 is an interesting case; it cannot decay to Br-82 because it
has less mass, but it emits 2 betas simultaneously to decay to Kr-82.
