Baltimore-Washington Chapter of the Health Physics Society.  Everyone is

Subject:       The Space Radiation Environment and Its Effects

Special Tour:  We have arranged for a tour of the Goddard Space Flight 
Center. 
               See their operations from construction, space environment 
               testing, and assembly of satellites in the world's largest 
clean
               room, to fit testing in a full size mock-up of the space 
shuttle.

Time           5:00-6:00 p.m.   Technical tour of Goddard Space Flight 
Center 
               6:00-7:00 p.m.   Social Hour
               7:00-8:00 p.m.   Dinner - Cost is $15.00 (members)
                                $20.00 (non-members), Barbequed steak and
                                shrimp, baked potato, green beans, salad, 
desert
               8:00 p.m.        Speaker

Reservations:  Call the Chapter telephone (301) 949-4178 and leave your name
               and phone number (please speak slowly and distinctly so that 
we 
               can type the reservation list from the recording).  
Reservation 
               cut-off is noon Tuesday, November 12.  Cancellations must be 
               received at least 24 hours prior to the dinner or you may be
               required to pay for the meal.
