Re: 86Rb bigger issue - OPINION
Carol,
I was one of the responders to the Rb-86 question, AND I included a
disclaimer.
I work for the federal government (Navy). Unless I am at home, I
use a government computer and am working on government time when I access
radsafe. The short disclaimer I included was for two reasons:
#1, I am not an official mouthpiece of the Federal Government and my
"opinions" are MINE not Uncle Sams.
#2 Many people in the Arms Forces receive radsafe. In case anyone in the
Navy (a "bigwig") takes offence at an answer I post, I want to make sure
that any "opinion" I give on this or any other listserver is understood to
be from "me" and not an opinion of the federal government or the Navy. - I
get enough "flack" from people on the net.
I "assume" that others feel the same...

But to start talking about the LEGAL IMPLICATIONS of
