NUREG-1551

To all Radsafers:

NUREG-1551, "Final Report of the NRC-Agreement State Working Group to Evaluate 
Control and Accountability of Licensed Devices", was recently issued by NRC.

However, one Agreement State member of the Working Group submitted a dissenting 
opinion to NRC which was not included in the report, although this was 
specifically requested.
