We use:   4 gal WCS 4-14/250 ml steel drum
          8 gal WCS 8-24/250 ml steel drum
         16 gal WCS 16-32/250 ml steel drum
         30 gal WCS 30-32/1000 ml steel drum 
         55 gal WCS 55-20/1000 ml steel drum

What types of packaging (plus certification) are being used to comply 
with revised DOT standards (eff. 4-96) for DOT Type A 7A packaging?  Any
