Do you mean a perodic table or a chart of the nuclides?  A periodic table
should be available at any bookstore in the science section.  I got one at B
Dalton for my 12 year old.

A chart of the nuclides can be purchased directly from:

The last time I got the update (copyright 1989) these were priced at $10 for
either the wall chart or the booklet.
