You are correct.  Crow doesn't taste so bad, its the feathers!  We could 
do worse, however, than Pena, if he is a strong leader as Clinton 
claims.  The same can't be said for Watkins or O'leary.  Both effectively 
sold out DOE, in my opinion, of course.
