Cement Mixing

This message is for Mark Winslow at the EPA.  I tried to mail you a note on
our cement mixing operation, but the post was returned because of a bad
address.  UCI has had extensive (if a long time ago) experience in making
cement out of mixed waste.  Although we no longer do so, we still have the
recipe and instructions.  Send me your fax number, snail mail address, or a
good e-mail address and I will shoot you a copy.
