I've been asked by clients and waste treatment companies to find out what
DOE's response is since they ship LL  waste to EnviroCare.  DOE's response
1/9 was that they will continue shipping LL waste to the site throughout the
investigation by the Attorney General's Office.  No regulatory irregularities
have been found in an ongoing annual review.  This latest about the 1990
review is since the DOE response to inquiry...
