List management Suggestion

I have a suggestion I for you.  By urged people
not to send several messages and just send one
you could cut down on traffic.  Looking at my
mail Q I see many times where someone sent a
message and then 4 minutes later sent another
one.  Those people should just send 1.  It
becomes really annoying when someone sends
3 or 4 messages when they just need to send 1.
