Request for State Regulators

I would like to hear from the various state regulators whether or not 
your state requires dosimetry monitoring or not, specifically for 
chiropractors, dentists, podiatrists etc. I am aware that some states 
require dosimetry monitoring, even though there is absolutely no 
potential to exceed 10% of the specific annual limits. 

Could you pleases e-mail me directly, and, I would also appreciate 
your providing e-mail addresses for contact. I am building up my 
database for future contacts.
