CFR Update service

Phillip Llewewllyn wrote to ask about an update service for CFRs.  Try the
National Archives home page (the address is
http://www.access.gpo.gov/nara/about-cfr.html). They update the entire set
of regulations once each year, in sections, and the months of update for
specific titles are listed on this home page.  This is by far, the cleanest
presentation I've seen for CFRs; it's direct, easy to use, and well maintained!
