Tritiiun Effluent Values

I'm commenting on a action memo for the BNL
site. In the memo the non rad author states: "A
typical nuclear reactor in the US releases
between 0.1 and 10 Ci/y per megawatt of
generating capacity (Rogers, 1986)"

Is that right? For a 1000 MWe plant that means
an upper bound of 10,000 Ci of tritium. I don't
think this is right. Does anyone know the real
value?
