"Radiation" is trademarked

I was using a web search engine looking for the keyword "radiation", and
I stumbled upon the page for Radiation Internet Services at 
http://www.radiation.com/

As their name implies, RIS provides internet services, and they have
nothing to do with radiation, its just a name for them. However, what I
thought might be of interesest to RADSAFE is that they have trademarked
"Radiation". 

Gee, I hope we don't have to pay them royalties!    :-)
