Chances are that an eye applicator of that vintage has at least 20 mCi Sr90.
Seems like that would be way over the limited quantity, though I think they
recently changed a lot of them. Also, the 6CEN formula is usually applied to
photon emissions, and then not to exposure rates at contact with the source.

Can you tell us the make and model of the device? Maybe someone of us has
another one.
