BELLE Newsletter

Is anyone else familiar with the BELLE Newsletter?
I received the latest copy of the BELLE Newsletter and it is full of
articles on low dose linearity issues.  The Newsletter is published by the
Northeast Regional Environmental Health Center, University of Mass. School
of Public Health.  They also have a web site.  However, I did not find
their latest Newsletter on the web site yet.
