Reference for EPA & Cal/EPA regulations regarding Mixed Waste

Dear Radsafers:

I have some used vacuum pump oil contaminated with H-3 & C-14. I would like
to know EPA & Cal/EPA's most current rules regarding the management of such
waste. If you know where I can find/look up  this information please mail
me at:"qmle@icnpharm.com". Or to Radsafe if you think other radsafers may
benefit form the info.
