There is a medical physics list server 

with the following address: 

<listserv@cms.cc.wayne.edu>
Supposedly you can subscribe by sending 

the e-mail message "Subscribe MEDPHYS 

yourname" where "yourname" is your own 

name. I assume that it operates like 

Radsafe.
