    For what it's worth historically, I believe that Exxon used to run some 
MOX 
    fuel at Big Rock Point Nuclear Plant in the early 1960's, before that 
became 
    "a bad thing to do".  (I worked there for a summer in the late '70s).  
There 
    were doing a variety of fuel tests.  Don't know what all was done, but 
there 
    might be some information available to get you started.

     Is anyone out there working or thinking about working with MOX fuel 
     (mixed Pu & U oxides)?  I have an associate who is interested in 
     characterizing MOX fuel aerosols.  Thanks.
