Re: MultiMedia in Training

You may find the U.S. EPA's Basic Radiation Training Course CBT (computer based training) CD-ROM useful.

The multimedia CD offers 10 modules: EPA's Radiation Safety Program, Atomic Structure, Radioactive Materials, Radiation Units of Measure, Basic Concepts of Radiation Protection, Introduction to Radiation, Characteristics of Ionizing Radiation, Effects of Ionizing Radiation on Matter, Biological Effects of Ionizing Radiation, and EPA's Radiation Protection Program.

A certificate of competion may be printed upon passing the comprehensive test included in the program.

The CD is $75. Additional information can be found at http://www.env-sol.com/
