Dear radsafe

The SNM pamphlet (old edition)contains blanks for the phsician to fill in
the length of time that each instrucion should be followed. NRC 8.39 guide
also require the times filled. The time can be ranged from days to weeks
depend on the individual physician. We would like to develop a standard
procedure within the Hospital. Is there an official guide published before
on this issue?
