Also from the same group, an earlier NUREG with more case history input:
NUREG/CR-5814, PNL-7892 "Evaluation of Exposure Pathways to Man from Disposal
of Radioactive Materials into Sanitary Sewer Systems". This is redundant in
part, but I recall looking at both a couple of years ago and noting that it
added a lot to the more recent report.
