Personally, I like to see my postings come back to me on RADSAFE. That is
easily arranged by sending the following plain message to:

<listserv@romulus.ehs.uiuc.edu>

SET RADSAFE MAIL ACK


On June 4 Melissa sent us the "Handy-Dandy" listserver command list. Here is
a copy of her positing

Here are some general listserver commands; the following should
be sent as e-mail messages to LISTSERV@ROMULUS.EHS.UIUC.EDU (no
subject line required):

To join RADSAFE: SUBSCRIBE RADSAFE YourFirstName YourLastName
Example:  SUBSCRIBE RADSAFE Joan Smith

To sign off RADSAFE: UNSUBSCRIBE RADSAFE

To receive groups of messages instead of each as it is sent
to RADSAFE (collection of posts): SET RADSAFE MAIL DIGEST

By default, the listserver will not send you a copy of a message
that you post to the list.  To receive a copy of each message
you post: SET RADSAFE MAIL ACK

To reset back to the default, non-digest, no acknowledgement
setting of the listserver: SET RADSAFE MAIL NOACK

To temporarily stop RADSAFE mail when you go on
vacation: SET RADSAFE MAIL POSTPONE

To resume RADSAFE mail delivery: SET RADSAFE MAIL NOACK
or SET RADSAFE MAIL ACK or SET RADSAFE MAIL DIGEST

To post a message to RADSAFE itself, send it to
RADSAFE@ROMULUS.EHS.UIUC.EDU

To obtain a list of unconcealed RADSAFE
participants: REVIEW RADSAFE

By default, e-mail addresses are concealed from the
REVIEW list.  To unconceal your e-mail address:
SET RADSAFE CONCEAL NO

To get help on other LISTSERV commands: HELP
