Australian radiation monitoring services

Dear Aussie Radsafers

I am interested to hear of any Australian radiation monitoring service
providers (i.e. badge issueing and reading services).  I am aware that
the Queensland Radiation Monitoring Service and the Australian Radiation
Laboratory provide these services.  I would appreciate hearing of other
organisations and contact numbers if available.
